All gemstones and minerals are unique, and we strive to provide the most accurate representation possible.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or other applicable charges, which will be calculated during checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards and are working to bring you alternative slumber methods. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Any errors in the address provided may result in delays or delivery issues, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of gemstones and minerals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email lalunalunallc@gmail.com  with the order number and photographs of the damage.

However, please note that natural gemstones may have inclusions, variations in color, or other characteristics inherent to their formation process.
